UNDERGROUND 2020 is a TEN year initiative that will promote the relocation of overhead utilities underground by the year 2020. (10% each year.)

UNDERGROUND 2020 will create a public/private alliance of engineering firms, utility contractors, equipment manufacturers, trade associations, equipment dealers,  industry vendors municipalities and utility owners.

UNDERGROUND 2020 will accomplish both of President Obama’s objectives (creating new jobs and an improved infrastructure), which will strengthen the American economy.

UNDERGROUND 2020's plan is to collectively lobby for funding so these initiatives will be able to accomplish this goal.  The timing is right for such initiatives.
